  • Website: You can visit the MistriBabu website, where you can fill out an inquiry form to initiate the booking process.

  • Phone: You can directly call their customer service hotline at 7788055666 to book services over the phone.

  • WhatsApp: Booking can also be done via WhatsApp, providing a quick and easy way to schedule services.

  • Email: Send an email with your service request, and a representative will get back to you with further details.

  • Mobile App: MistriBabu Mobile App is coming soon.

Scheduling a Consultation

  • Contacting MistriBabu: Reach out to MistriBabu through their website, phone, email or whatsapp to express your interest in a service.

  • Service Consultation: MistriBabu will discuss your needs, answer any initial questions, and provide information about the services and talk about your location.

  • Site Visit and Virtual Consultation: epending on the nature of the project, MistriBabu may arrange a site visit to assess the scope of work or conduct a virtual consultation for a preliminary discussion.

  • Visitng Charge: MistriBabu typically charges a site visiting fee of ₹350. This fee may vary based on the specific location, type of service and the amount is usually deductible from the final invoice.

  • Needs Assessment: During the consultation, the team will assess your requirements, take measurements, discuss design preferences, and understand your budget and timeline.

Detailed Proposal and Quotation

  • Customised Proposal: Based on the consultation, MistriBabu will create a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, design concepts, materials, labor costs and estimated timelines.

  • Transparent Quotation: A clear and itemised quotation will be provided, including costs for materials, labor, and any additional services or features.

  • Review and Approval: You’ll have the opportunity to review the proposal and quotation, ask questions, and request any adjustments before giving your approval.

Booking Confirmation

  • Quotation Approve: Once you approve the quotation, MistriBabu will confirm your booking, schedule the service date, and provide you with a booking confirmation via Email or WhatsApp notification.

  • Agreement and Terms: Once you’re satisfied with the proposal, you’ll sign an agreement outlining the project’s scope, costs, timeline, and terms of service with payment structures.

  • Booking Confirmation: After the agreement is signed, your booking is officially confirmed. You may be required to make an initial deposit to secure the booking and initiate the project.

  • Project Timeline: MistriBabu will provide you with a detailed project timeline, including key milestones and expected completion dates.

Payment Process

  • Payment Options: MistriBabu typically offers various payment options, including:.

    • Online Payment: Pay securely online through credit/debit card, net banking, or digital wallets. (5% Extra charge in Credit Card).

    • Bank Transfer: After the agreement is signed, your booking is officially confirmed. You may be required to make an initial deposit to secure the booking and initiate the project.

    • Cash: Cash payment may be accepted on-site for certain services. (But cash will not be accepted)

  • Advance Payment: Larger or small projects, an advance payment may be required to secure your booking and cover initial material costs.

  • Payment Schedule: MistriBabu will provide a payment schedule, detailing when and how payments should be made, especially for ongoing and upcoming projects.
