We’ll spot leaks, damp, poor water flow, inspect the pipes, showers, sinks, baths, toilets and faucets. We do the same with all plumbing above the ceiling and away from the naked eye.
WATER QUALITY
Using internationally recognised standards and equipment, we’ll test the quality of the water from every tap in the home.
TILE & GROUT
If there’s a property that has no tile and grout issues, we’re yet to find it.
JOINERY
Cupboards, doors, frames. If it’s wooden, we’ll inspect the condition.
COSMETIC FLAWS
Every mark, scratch and dent in every category.
WHITE GOODS
We’ll check their condition and that all white goods work properly. If they don’t, we’ll find out why.
FITTINGS
Fittings and fixtures can make a house a home - except when they’re installed badly. We’ll inspect at every single one.

A/C units, plumbing, damp, mould, pests. A lot can be found using thermal imaging and cameras when we look above the ceilings in properties.
